An emergency kit (to avoid a visit to the emergency room!)
- Wound dressings (small and medium injuries, blisters), compresses, tape, tissue, cotton etc.
- Tweezers
- Anti-bacterial gel, disinfectant spray, healing ointment, saline solution, etc.
- Sunscreen and anti-burn ointment
- Antihistamine in case of allergy
- Medications: anti-diarrheal, anti-constipation, anti-motion sickness, intestinal antiseptic, anti-acid reflux, paracetamol, aspirin, a general antibiotic, throat lozenges etc.
- Cortisone cream for insect bites and repellent
- Multi purpose products: arnica cream (bruises, bumps, muscle pain) and Tiger Balm
